Phone Orders
I am happy to take your order over the phone if you would rather not place it online. I work an accounting job during the day at another company, so you will need to call me in the evening M-F, or all day on the weekends.
Back Orders:
We are currently unable to track back orders. If the item you want is out of stock, please check back later. It should be available again within 3 - 10 days.
Payment Methods:
We accept payment from Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal.
Payments are processed promptly upon receipt of your shopping cart order.
If you need to mail a check or money order you can print out this order form and mail it with your payment.
Personal checks and money orders will have to clear your bank before the order is mailed, so you can expect a 2 week delay in shipping from the day we receive your payment.

(AU) Australia - Priority Mail International - $18.95 - 6 to 10days
(CA) Canada - Priority Mail International - $14.95 -6 to 10days
(IE) Ireland - Priority Mail International - $18.95 - 6 to 10days
(NZ) New Zealand - Priority Mail International - $18.95 - 6 to 10days
(CH) Switzerland - Priority Mail International - $18.95 - 6 to 10 days
(UK) United Kingdom - Priority Mail International - $18.95 - 6 to 10days
Foreign Orders Subject to Customs Charges:
Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs Authorities for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Earrings Galore. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and I recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages shipped from Earrings Galore will include a declaration indicating the contents as "Merchandise", with full value for the order listed. A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Earrings Galore being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, all of which will be billed back to you. Future orders will not be accepted.
Sales Tax:
5% sales tax is applied to all Wisconsin orders and .5% county tax is applied to Sauk County WI zip codes that are entirely Sauk Co WI. If state or county sales tax is not applied to your order you may be responsible to pay it yourself.
Returns:
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases and are 100% committed to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!
Returns are accepted with "no questions asked" when you follow the instructions listed below. Per your request, you will receive full credit for the amount of your merchandise purchase; to be refunded to your credit card or applied toward an earring exchange. Shipping expenses are non-refundable, and if you received "free shipping" on a promotion, my shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Custom Earrings are not returnable.
Return Instructions:
- Enclose a copy of your original invoice with the return items.
- Returned items must be received no more than 20 days after delivery to you;
except during the holiday season when gifts purchased 11/1 thru 12/25 must be returned by 1/15 of the following year.
- The items must be in their original condition.
